3 moms and 6 boys!

This is a picture that Mandi just sent from when we were in Airdrie last week...we wanted a picture with all of us in it so Mandi set the timer on her camera...I LOVE this picture!

So many boys!

The boys and I travelled to Airdrie today with Mel and her boys to visit with Mandi and Sam. Even with the fellas in their big carseats we still all fit in one vehicle, but if someone was watching us unload at Mandi's I am sure it looked like a clown car unloading! Out came two moms from the front seats, 3 boys unloaded from side doors, 2 unloaded through the liftgate, 3 strap on highchairs, and two diaper bags!
Here are the fellas when we got to the Connolley's, happy to be out and free to crawl around! My two lovely friends and all our boys!
Sam showing Lucas his car!
Bennett and Nate playing with Sam's fun toys!
I thought that the vacuum was a fun, cost efficient toy...then Luc found and fell in love with this box. He probably spent half of our time there inside the box! SO CUTE!
Thirsty boys from all of their playing.
Nathan checking out the box...I think he liked it as much as Luc. At one point today there were 4 boys inside this box, so much fun!
All our boys!

here a ba, there a ba, everywhere a ba ba

Today the boys and I went to Sunnybrook farm to meet up with Mel, Lisa and their boys. This was my first time out there and I was VERY impressed, I am sure we will be back there again before the summer is over!
Here are the fellas checking out the miniature horse...Lucas was looking but decided to turn away just as I was taking the picture. When we first got over to the sheep, a little guy came over and started "baaing" at us. He made a "normal" sheep noise and the boys LOVED it! They could not stop laughing. Then a bigger, badder sheep came over and made a not so normal sheep noise and the boys were terrified...but still so freaking cute!

The big bad sheep would not quit making his noise so we went over to the pigs...as you can see Lucas could still hear the other guy!
He may have been scared of the sheep, but he quite liked the pigs!
Nathan watching the pigs
Matthew meeting the dirtiest pig I have ever seen!
so that was it for the animals...miniature horse, weird sheep, and dirty pigs.
We went over to the park so the big boys could play and the boys could get out of their stroller for awhile...now that they know how to move, they are not to keen on being strapped into their stroller!
Our little lizard
Our Matty bear
{I love when he makes this face}
Oue Nate the Great
Mel, Lisa and all the boys!
And Lucas ate dirt today...although it was the first time I am sure it will not be the last!

Spring Sun!!!

Today was the most time we have spent outside in one day since the boys were born...and EVERYONE LOVED IT! The boys and I went for a nice long walk this morning at Bower Ponds with Mel and her boys, came home and ate lunch and went outside to play a bit, then after their nap we went rollerblading to Aunty K and Uncle G's, and then came home and ate supper outside in the yard...I am SO glad the warm weather is finally here...I just hope it is here to stay!!!
Here are some pictures from when we were out on the deck after lunch (I just noticed that I really need to work on the whole reflection thing!)

Daddy feeding the boys their first "picnic" supper

We have lots of fun things planned for tomorrow so we are keeping our fingers crossed that it is as warm as they say it is going to be!

HIGH CHAIRS!!!

John and I had discussed it and decided that we were going to try and get by without getting actual highchairs. We have the ones that clip on the counter and they work great for when I am working in the kitchen, but not so great for feeding the boys. We had been feeding them in their bumbos which was working pretty good but got to be kinda tough on the feeders (my) back!
So on Saturday we went to the mall with Grammy and got some highchairs...they are wonderful!
Here is Lucas loving his chairMatty in his

Nate playing in his
If I had been looking a little better the last couple of days I would have had John take a picture of me sitting in the lazyboy feeding them (instead of on the floor) and you could see how much Mommy enjoys the new chairs too!

Last night John and Uncle G went to play poker so Aunty K and Fella came over to help play with, feed and put the boys to bed. While we were bbqing Fella (Aunty K's Fella...not one of mine!) was outside jumping up on the window and the boys all thought that it was HILARIOUS! Kels and I went out and took turns entertaining the boys from outside...if one of the neighbors was watching they probably thought that we were hilarious too...that or maybe they just thought that we were crazy!
Aunty K and Fella...
The Happy Audience!
So just to follow up on the last post we are ALL BETTER NOW!!! After I wrote about Nate getting sick we knew we were in for a rough night...but we did not know quite how rough it was going to be! The two sick boys slept great but I got sick at about 1:30am and John shortly after. Thank goodness for our wonderful family and friends that helped us get through Friday...we could not have done it without you!

ROAD TRIP!!!

So this morning the boys and I went on our very first road trip with Mel and her little guys to visit Mandi and her little guy! Now this trip took A LOT of prep...we had 3-6 month olds, 1-almost 2 month old and 1-almost 2 year old, which means 5 CARSEATS!!! Now once the carseats were loaded we had to worry about snacks for the drive, entertainment for the drive in case anyone were to wake up, mid morning snacks for my 3, bumbos to feed the fellas in, bottles for my 3 and changes of clothes for babies (I actually brought an extra shirt too...which I did end up using). But we did get on the road close to our estimated time and we made it all the way there with no crying (Matthew did wake up and grumble a bit but I am not going to count it as crying). The drive was wonderful...we got to see the mountains and it was so nice out we even had to turn opn the A/C!!!
Here is the front seat loaded up and ready to go!An overflowing diaper bag in the back!

WE MADE IT!!! 3 smilers and one sleeper! Bennett was already busy playing with the toys!
While we were eating Mandi brought up Sam's old jumper for Matty to use...he got a little fussy while he was jumping so Bennett decided to show him what to do. Matthew thought that Bennett was the funniest jumper around...it was quite funny to watch!

Sam and Matty hanging out
Here is the vehicle all loaded up and ready to go home! I love it!
Thanks to the Connolley's for having us over...we came in like a tornado, used their toys, ate their food, used their toys some more, ate some more and then we were on our way again...hopefully they will let us visit again sometime soon!
The drive home was just as successfull as the drive down...we even got to pick up a starbucks on our way out of town!

SUNSHINE!!!

So today was the first day that the sun has been out in about a week...I am SO GLAD it is back! The boys and I have been going for walks after they wake up from their naps this week...it is SOOO nice to get outside. I have been packing one baby and pushing the other two in the stroller...at times (like right now when my back is a little sore) I think it might be easier to have had a "triplet stroller", but then I look them up online and remind myself how rediculously long or wide they are and I am still happy about the wa we decided to do it!
Anyways here are the boys and I out on our walk today.
Mel and her boys.
And Lucas started rolling from his back to his tummy tonight, he has been so close for quite awhile now and after he had done it once he was thrilled with himself and became unstoppable!

Playdate and Chiro

So today the boys and I had our first official "playdate" over at the Roth's. Marni, Mel and I were outnumbered 3:7, which are pretty rough odds when majority of the little guys can't feed themselves...and are hungry! We had a ton of fun but as you can imagine there was not a whole lot of spare time to take pictures, but I did get one good one which sums it up pretty good. I did not even get a chance to finish my tea...I actually cannot remember if I started it!

Here is the almost everyone, Gavin was asleep since he kept his mom up all night!Today was a totally chaotic day for us. I am not quite sure what went wrong but all three boys wanted to eat, sleep, jump, lay at different time...which makes life kinda difficult! Tomorrow we are going to start trying a more structured schedule...hopefully is will reduce the chaos. Anyway here are some pictures from bumbo time today.
Lucas with his hand in his mouth...it has become a challenge to get a picture of him without his hand in his mouth lately! I can't believe how blonde he looks here.
Matthew trying to escape his bumbo...I think Matty's days in the bumbo are numbered!
Nathan just hanging out eating the giraffe!
We had an appointment at the chiropractor today to get the boys checked out. Here they are sitting very patiently in the waiting room while I filled out the forms. I know it might sound weird but I love filling out forms...and I actually love filling out one for each of them!
Dad met us at the chiropractor, Matty was happy to see him!
2 of my guys!
Here they are again...the other two were asleep and we were just waiting so I kept taking pictures and got quite a few that I loved so I had to post them all!
Matty getting checked out!
Now it's Nathan's turn.
and last but not least our little lizard.
