Mackenzie Trails

We have had a busy long weekend so far.  We attended the second annual Sinclair Summer Sizzler (I will post pictures soon), and then tonight we went to Mackenzie Trails for a picnic supper.

 Matthew was a dipping MACHINE...everything he ate tonight was dipped in ranch...EVERYTHING!

15 more sleeps until Christmas!

Today was Grammy's birthday...the big 5-0!!!  Our activity for today was to watch The Grinch (it is one of Grammy's favorites).  So after we got the boys in their jammies we sat down to watch.

One week until Halloween!

Around halloween a "phantom" makes it's rounds around our neighborhood...and last night he hit our house!

Here is the ghost that we display on our door to let everyone know that we have already been "hit"...and if you look closely you can see Nathan through the window...looks like the ghost spots him too! (and yes our ghost does have a moustache hahaha)

 The phantom left two yummy bottles of wine for mommy and daddy...

And a lightning mcqueen ride on car for the fellas...and as you can clearly see they were very excited!!!

 Since there is only one week left until halloween we decided to carve our pumpkin today.

We have had another fantastic weekend with Daddy home.  He has to go back to work tomorrow but we will start the countdown until he is home again!

I just had to throw this one in there to show how badly the boys need to get their hair cut. We try to tuck it behind their ears all the time but every once in awhile it sneaks out and man is it ever long!!!

Nathan also had a cute picture with the balloons but I just delelted it by accident and anyone who uses blogger knows how hard it can be to insert a picture to the end....and I am too tired to start over :(
