The Boys and their Books

The boys LOVE books!  They love to be read to, and they also love to read them to themselves!

This is what was going on in our house this morning...

Finally after reading/getting out every single book that was upstairs, Matthew moved on to music making!!!

7 more sleeps until Christmas!

I can't believe it, only one week left until Christmas! I am three unwrapped presents away from being 100% ready...and hopefully those are done before bed tonight!

Our activity for today was for Daddy to read The Polar Express to the boys.

So right before bed the boys got into their jammies and snuggled into the cuddle chair with Daddy.

Chapters!

Sorry for the delay in blog posting...the internet was down...I was going CRAZY!!!

Today Mom, Kels and I took the boys to Starbucks and Chapters. The boys were SO funny running around looking at the books, the stuffed animals, the trains...and the jewlery (unfortunately I did not get any pictures of the last one!)

Can you tell what book Lucas found....GRUMPY BIRD!!! It is one of their favorites at home...we actually have two copies because one has been worn into 10 pieces!
