Our christmas activity today was to go to the Eastview kids christmas party...Here are the pictures!

Our advent activity today was to drive down to Calgary and do Zoolights with the Roths.

 John and I (and everyone else in our families) are HUGE Harvey's fans...I mean huge.  When I was going to school in Edmonton I would always stop on my way home to bring John home a burger.  Even just this last week my dad brought one back from Edmonton for me...thanks dad :)

Because of our love for the burger a couple of years ago the Roths agreed to make part of our tradition dinner at Harveys before zoolights.  Here is John feeding the fellas their very first Harveys burger...needless to say they LOVED it!!!

 After our yummy supper we made a quick pitstop at Starbucks and headed on over to the zoo.

The boys were not huge fans of being "packed" into their snowsuits...but man were they ever cute!  They were so puffy they barely fit into the strollers!!

At Zoolights they have a wish tree where everyone writes out their wish on a ribbon and ties it to a Christmas tree.  Because of the arctic cold weather last year we were unable to make our zoolights trip, but the year before that John and I both wished for a happy, healthy baby (I was not pregnant at the time)...so if you have a chance to make a wish on the wish tree, make sure that you pick something as good as we did!!!

Today's advent activity was to put on our Christmas Pillowcases.  It is the first year the fellas have had Christmas pillowcases because it is the first Christmas that they have had pillows!

Here is Lucas taking the pillowcases to daddy.

 He even gave them to him without daddy having to chase him around for a little while first!

 He did however decide to keep his own :)

I couldn't post pictures of them all snuggled upin bed with their pillows because my mom, sister and I are off to Edmonton to meet up with some wonderful family friends and get some Christmas shopping done!!!  I am SO excited :)

Today's advent activity was to hang our stockings...I LOVE hanging the stockings.  Stockings are a huge tradition in our family, everyone has one that has been made by my Grandma Sinclair.  First thing Christmas morning we do stockings with our moosemilk...just hanging the stockings makes me think of the moosemilk which makes me drool!  Like the title says...23 more sleeps!  Okay back on topic...hanging of the stockings!

24 more sleeps until Christmas!

The Christmas countdown has begun...I know it is a day late (I am backdating this to December 1st though because that was when it was supposed to happen!!!), but yesterday we had a house FULL of sickies...me and my three fellas were all a little...no actually A LOT under the weather.  The good news is we have all recovered, daddy is home and we are ready to make-up for lost time!

Here is our advent calendar, it is new this year and I LOVE IT!!!

 Once the tree was safely placed in the baby free zone, we plugged in the lights and the boys were mesmorized...for like 5 whole seconds!!!  Here is Matthew in a trance!

 Then it was time for the boys to put up their special 2010 ornaments that they got from Aunty K.  First up was Nate!
