Giddy Up!

Today was a wonderful day!  We spent the morning at the park with the Roths, a good afternoon nap for the dudes, the girls came over to visit, and then Papa, Aunty K, and I took the boys to Heritage Ranch for their first horse ride!

My dad went in to pay and I was able to successfully get all three boys out of the car, and walk them over to the horses.  This may not sound like a big deal but we have three fairly independent little boys who do not like to hold hands, want to walk in their own direction at their own speed, and at times have listening issues :)  But it went PERFECTLY today, so it is a pretty big deal!

A Sad Goodbye

Last night, we sold our stroller...and I had a little bit of a breakdown.  I have never been the mom that is sad that my babies are growing up.  I honestly think that they are more fun every single day than they were the day before (well almost, they have been throwing some deadly fits lately).  But when I put the stroller up for sale I felt a little pang inside of me, that my babies are no longer babies, and when I was talking to my mom about selling it that feeling came back.  It didn't take long to sell, and once it was gone, I did have a little cry.  The past 2 and half years have gone by SO FAST.  I can't believe that in 4 short months the boys will be turning three...THREE!!!  Anyways I just felt the need to post a goodbye to our wonderful stroller...we had a lot of good times with this baby!
