Not quite wordless wednesday

So I always love that Wednesdays I can slack off and do a wordless post, so I took some pictures of the boys but then could not post them without some explanation so turns out that this Wednesday is NOT wordless!

This morning I picked up a new toy for the boys...this thing is wonderful!!! In the picture below it is in its table form, but the legs can also come off so that they can use it for tummy time! All 4 sides have things to do which makes it perfect for me and my fellas, one side for each of us!

What more could a baby want! (the boys are napping right now so I did in fact count all of those things out!)The boys are LOVING solid food!!! Here are some pictures from after their meal today...
Nathan a total mess but loving every second of it!Matthew also super messy...which is not too bad until he starts putting his hands in his mouth while I am trying to get a spoon in someone else`s mouth...thats when it gets really messy!!!Lucas pretty much clean as a whistle...when I put the spoon to his mouth he barely opens it and just slurps the food right off and into his mouth, leaving no trace of it on his face...I guess that he will be the clean freak like his dad!!!
And of course Bones cleaning out the bowls when we were done...she was messier than Lucas but cleaner than the other two!

Playdate and Chiro

So today the boys and I had our first official "playdate" over at the Roth's. Marni, Mel and I were outnumbered 3:7, which are pretty rough odds when majority of the little guys can't feed themselves...and are hungry! We had a ton of fun but as you can imagine there was not a whole lot of spare time to take pictures, but I did get one good one which sums it up pretty good. I did not even get a chance to finish my tea...I actually cannot remember if I started it!

Here is the almost everyone, Gavin was asleep since he kept his mom up all night!Today was a totally chaotic day for us. I am not quite sure what went wrong but all three boys wanted to eat, sleep, jump, lay at different time...which makes life kinda difficult! Tomorrow we are going to start trying a more structured schedule...hopefully is will reduce the chaos. Anyway here are some pictures from bumbo time today.

We had an appointment at the chiropractor today to get the boys checked out. Here they are sitting very patiently in the waiting room while I filled out the forms. I know it might sound weird but I love filling out forms...and I actually love filling out one for each of them!

Babies in Bumbos

So tomorrow is my first day by myself...well kind of. Either GG-ma or GG Auntie Jean are going to come from 11-naptime (if they decide to nap, lately they think that they are too old for naps, Nathan went four and a half hours before bed without a nap). John and my mom will both be going back to school tomorrow...John at the college and mom back to grade 2, teaching of course. I will miss them both SO incrediabley much. It will be so nice to have John home every night for at least the next two months and I know that mom will still visit us lots!

So the boys must know that we are on our own tomorrow because today we were able to add a new "station" into the rotation! The boys have tried the bumbos a few times before but never really liked them much, we put them away for awhile and when they came out today they quite enjoyed them!

Just a little side note...have any of you ever tried tummy time? The boys do it now for about 20minutes at a time so last night as I was laying in bed I thought I would try...it is fairly easy if you prop yourself up with your elbows, but the boys don't do that...their arms kind of stick out to the side...I could not last longer than a few minutes!
