Farmers market

Today was the first farmers market of the 2010 season. I have been excited about taking the boys for quite sometime now. The weather was not as nice as we had hoped but we bundled them up and it was a lot of fun!

Bones has taken quite a liking to the boys leftovers...real food AND bottles. She jumped up onto the couch, knocked this one over, jumped down and then drank from it like a fountain. What an innovative pup!

Aunty Val stopped by today and brought the boys the most wonderful gifts. As much as the boys love them I think that their dad might even love them a little bit more! Baby Oilers chairs!

Today the boys and I went to Sunnybrook farm to meet up with Mel, Lisa and their boys. This was my first time out there and I was VERY impressed, I am sure we will be back there again before the summer is over!

Here are the fellas checking out the miniature horse...Lucas was looking but decided to turn away just as I was taking the picture.When we first got over to the sheep, a little guy came over and started "baaing" at us. He made a "normal" sheep noise and the boys LOVED it! They could not stop laughing. Then a bigger, badder sheep came over and made a not so normal sheep noise and the boys were terrified...but still so freaking cute!

He may have been scared of the sheep, but he quite liked the pigs!

so that was it for the animals...miniature horse, weird sheep, and dirty pigs.

We went over to the park so the big boys could play and the boys could get out of their stroller for awhile...now that they know how to move, they are not to keen on being strapped into their stroller!

3rd Annual Mothers Day Brunch

Today we went over to Aunty K's for the third annual mothers day brunch (last weekend didn't work for everyone so we switched it!).

This was what was happening on the other side of the camera to get all of the boys to sit still for 2 seconds! Thanks to these three for making it possible to get a family picture!

It was so nice outside that we decided to go out and get a pool for the boys to splash around in. Here is daddy blowing it up!

And here are the boys playing with it...it was fun before it was even blown up! We did not end up getting to use the pool today but the forecast looks great so I am sure we will be out there soon!

Last night we went to bed with three wanna-be-crawlers...this morning we woke up with THREE FULL-BLOWN-CRAWLERS!

Action shot of Nate the Great!This morning I was baking some banana bread, the buzzer went. As I went to get the BB out I heard Lucas fall over and smack his head. I picked him up, looked over and Matty was pulling Bones' tail, then I looked over and saw that Nathan had crawled over and dumped my cereal bowl over and was playing in it! I am going to have to be a little quicker on my toes!

The boys have also gotten themselves into some sticky situations...Nathan wiggled himself under this toy and got himself stuck this morning!! I am sure there is way more of this to come!
